Triple Offset Structure Design

1st Offset

The shaft is located behind the plane of the sealing surface, allowing for a continuous 360° sealing path.

2nd Offset

The shaft is displaced from the centerline of the pipe/valve, creating a cam-like action during opening and closing.

3rd Offset

The seat cone axis is inclined relative to the pipe centerline, eliminating friction during the entire stroke and enabling a torque-seated metal-to-metal seal.
